Baseball cap
One-size adjustable caps usually stop at about 7 5/8 (24 inches). Above that, look for fitted caps in sizes to 8 and beyond or caps labelled XL, with a deeper crown that sits on the head instead of perching on top.

Most shops stock hats up to a large, a US 7 3/8 for a head of about 23 inches (59 cm). From a 7 1/2 (XL), a head of about 23 1/2 inches or 60 cm, a head counts as big, and from a 7 3/4 (XXL, about 24 3/8 inches or 62 cm) many ready-made ranges simply stop. Measure first: plenty of people who think hats run small have never worn one in their real size.
Fit is only half of it. On a big head scale matters: a deeper crown that sits down on the head and a brim in proportion look right, while a short stingy brim or a shallow crown looks perched on top. Measure above, then see the hats below on your own photo.
These styles come in big sizes and keep their proportions on a bigger head. Tap one to see it on your photo.

Bucket hats are commonly sold in S/M and L/XL, often in XXL too, and the soft crown gives a little. Choose a deeper crown so the hat sits down on a big head instead of riding on top.

Knit stretches, which makes the beanie the easiest hat for a big head. Look for a longer or slouchy cut: a standard beanie stretched over a big head ends above the ears.

Felt fedoras come in fitted sizes, and hat makers commonly go to 7 3/4 or 8. Choose a brim of about 2 3/4 to 3 inches: a short brim on a big head looks perched.

Western felt hats are commonly sold in fitted sizes to 7 3/4 and beyond, and the tall crown and wide brim are already in proportion with a big head: one of the easiest hats to get right.

Its wide brim stays in proportion with a big head. Look for L/XL sizes: an inner drawstring can only take a hat in, never let it out.

Look straight into the camera with your whole head in the frame, hair as you usually wear it, no hat. Even lighting works best.
Step 2 / 3 · optional
Turn your head slightly to one side for a second photo. The extra angle lets the AI fit the hat to the real shape of your head.

Anything from a US 7 1/2 (XL), a head circumference of about 23 1/2 inches or 60 cm. From a 7 3/4 (XXL, about 24 3/8 inches or 62 cm) you will mostly shop at makers that size up to 8 and beyond.
Standard one-size caps and hats with an inner drawstring usually stop at about 7 5/8 (24 inches). Above that, look for fitted sizes or caps labelled XL or XXL.
A felt or straw hat can gain a little, up to about half a size, on a hat stretcher or with a hatter's steam; a fitted cap barely stretches. If you need more than that, buy the next size up.
